User Agreement
1. Users fully understand and agree that the Zephyr application only provides users with a platform for information sharing,transmission and acquisition. Users must be responsible for all actions under their registered accounts,including any content you transmit and any results resulting therefrom. Users should make their own judgments about the content in the Zephyr application and bear all risks arising from the use of the content,including risks arising from reliance on the correctness,completeness or usefulness of the content. Zephyr Company cannot and will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by user behavior.
2. Any content transmitted by users in or through Zephyr application services does not reflect the views or policies of Zephyr Company,and Zephyr Company does not assume any responsibility for this.
3. The user fully understands and agrees that the Zephyr application is an Internet community product. The user must bear full responsibility for the authenticity,legality and validity of the registration information on the Zephyr application ; the user shall not impersonate others; shall not use the name of others to spread Any information; the registered account must not be used maliciously to cause other users to misidentify; otherwise,Zephyr Company has the right to immediately stop providing services,withdraw the Zephyr application account,and the user shall bear all legal responsibilities arising therefrom.
4. Users must be solely responsible for the authenticity,legality,harmlessness,validity,etc. of the information transmitted on the Zephyr application. Any legal liability related to the information transmitted by the user shall be borne by the user himself and has nothing to do with Zephyr .
5. Zephyr reserves the right to unilaterally change,suspend,restrict,terminate or cancel all or part of the service content of this service at any time without any notice due to business development needs . Users must bear this risk.
6. The services provided by Zephyr application may include advertisements. Users agree to display advertisements provided by Zephyr application and third - party suppliers and partners during use .
7. Users are not allowed to use the Zephyr application or Zephyr application service to create,upload,copy,or send the following content:
(1) Opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution;
(2) Endangering national security,leaking state secrets,subverting state power,and undermining national unity;
(3) Damaging national honor and interests;
(4) Inciting ethnic hatred,ethnic discrimination,and undermining ethnic unity;
(5) Undermining national religious policies and promoting cults and feudal superstitions;
(6) Spread rumors,disrupt social order,and undermine social stability;
(7) Spread obscenity,pornography,gambling,violence,murder,terror or instigate crimes;
(8) Insulting or defaming others and infringing upon others' legitimate rights and interests;
(9) Information containing other contents prohibited by laws and administrative regulations
(10) Intimidating and threatening others with violence,and conducting human flesh searches;
(11) Disseminating the private information of a minor under the age of 21 without the written consent of the minor's legal guardian.
(12) Spreading obscene words and damaging public order and good morals;
(13) Infringement of other people’s intellectual property rights;
(14) Disseminate commercial advertisements or similar commercial solicitation information;
(15) Comments in languages other than those commonly used on this website;
(16) Has nothing to do with the information being commented on;
(17) The information published is meaningless,or character combinations are deliberately used to evade technical review;
(18) Other information prohibited from dissemination by laws,regulations and rules.
8. Zephyr Company may,based on its reasonable judgment,determine content that violates relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this Agreement,or infringes,impedes,or threatens the rights or safety of any person,or acts as an impersonation of others,or improperly uses membership services,or violates good faith. etc.,Zephyr Company has the right to stop transmitting any of the aforementioned content in accordance with the law,and has the right to take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates these terms at its own discretion,including but not limited to deleting any illegal or infringing content from the Zephyr application service. ,inappropriate and other content,terminate the membership of the violator,prevent them from using all or part of the Zephyr application services,and save relevant information and report to relevant departments in accordance with laws and regulations,etc.
9. User rights and obligations:
(1) The ownership of the Zephyr application account belongs to Zephyr Company. After the user completes the application and registration procedures,he or she will obtain the right to use the Zephyr application account. This right to use belongs only to the initial applicant and registrant and is prohibited from gifting,borrowing,renting,transferring or selling. Zephyr Company has the right to reclaim the user's Zephyr application account due to business needs .
(2) Users have the right to change or delete personal information,registration information and transmission content on the Zephyr application. However,it should be noted that deleting relevant information will also delete any text and pictures you have stored in the system. Users are responsible for this. the risk.
(3) The user is responsible for properly keeping the security of the registered account information and account password. The user needs to bear legal responsibility for the actions under the registered account and password. Users agree not to use other members’ accounts or passwords under any circumstances. When you suspect that others are using your account or password,you agree to notify Zephyr immediately .
(4) Users should abide by the terms of this agreement and use the service correctly and appropriately. If the user violates any terms of this agreement,Zephyr Company has the right to terminate the provision of services to the defaulting user's Zephyr application account in accordance with the agreement. At the same time,Zephyr reserves the right to withdraw the Zephyr application account and user name at any time .
(6) If the user does not log in to the account for a long time after registering a Zephyr application account,Zephyr has the right to reclaim the account to avoid wasting resources. Any problems caused by this will be borne by the user.
(7) Users may not use any plug-ins,plug-ins or third-party tools that are not authorized or licensed by Zephyr to interfere,destroy,modify or otherwise affect the normal operation of Zephyr application products and services.
(8) Users are not allowed to use or target Zephyr application products to conduct any behavior that endangers computer network security,including but not limited to: using unauthorized data or entering unauthorized servers / accounts; entering public computer networks or others without permission Computer systems and delete,modify,and add stored information; attempt to probe,scan,and test the weaknesses of Zephyr application product systems or networks without permission,or perform other acts that undermine network security; attempt to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of Zephyr application product systems or websites Run,intentionally spread malicious programs or viruses and other behaviors that damage and interfere with normal network information services; forge TCP/IP packet names or part of names.
(9) Without Zephyr’s permission,you are not allowed to conduct any commercial activities such as publishing advertisements or selling goods in Zephyr application products.
(10) Users shall not activate Zephyr application membership services through any improper means or in violation of the principle of good faith ,such as maliciously bypassing the normal activation process; do not use Zephyr application membership services for profit or illegal gain ; do not use Zephyr application membership The goods or services obtained by rights and interests are for non-personal consumption or use ; do not lend Zephyr application membership services or rights to others in any way ; do not transfer or transfer the Zephyr application membership services or rights you enjoy in any form ; or any other behavior that violates the principle of good faith. If Zephyr reasonably suspects that you have committed any misconduct,Zephyr will cancel your membership,invalidate membership rights,clear member points,and you should not require Zephyr to refund the fees (if any) you paid to obtain rights or points. You are responsible for your improper use of membership services and the consequences (including losses). If you cause losses to Zephyr ,Zephyr has the right to recover compensation from you.
(11) Zephyr is committed to making comments a civilized,rational,friendly,and high-quality exchange of opinions. While promoting the development of comments,we will continue to strengthen the corresponding information security management capabilities,improve self-discipline in commenting,effectively fulfill social responsibilities,abide by national laws and regulations,respect the legitimate rights and interests of citizens,and respect social order and good customs.
(12) If due to relevant national laws and regulations,users need to enter their true identity information in the Zephyr application,they should register an account and use the comment service with their true identity information.
(13) For users who violate the terms of this agreement,Zephyr will take management measures such as refusing to publish,deleting comments,banning comments for a short period,and permanently closing the account as appropriate. Comments suspected of illegal crimes will be kept on file and accepted by relevant government departments. Report truthfully when investigating.
(14) The content posted by users on the Zephyr application only expresses their personal positions and opinions and does not represent the positions or opinions of Zephyr . As the publisher of the content,you are responsible for the content you publish. For all disputes arising from the published content,the publisher of the content shall bear all legal and joint liability. Zephyr does not assume any legal and joint liability.
(15) Zephyr will improve the public reporting platform and welcome users to supervise and report various illegal communication activities and illegal and harmful information to jointly create a clear cyberspace.
(16) Zephyr attaches great importance to the protection of minors’ personal information. If the user is a minor under the age of 18 (if local laws stipulate different age standards for minors,the age standards stipulated in local laws shall apply),they should obtain the consent of their parents or legal guardians in advance before using Zephyr 's services. (17) Users fully understand and agree that users must be responsible for all actions under their registered accounts,including any content published and any consequences arising therefrom. Zephyr cannot and will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by the aforementioned risks.
(18) In any case,if Zephyr believes that any behavior of the user violates or may violate the above agreement or relevant laws,regulations or regulations to use the user's Zephyr application services,Zephyr may terminate the provision of services to the user at any time without any prior notice. Services include,but are not limited to,all necessary actions such as removal of points,suspension,account closure,account termination,etc. Unless otherwise mandated by laws and regulations to the contrary,users will not be able to obtain refunds or compensation for any member point level benefits,coupons and other membership service content.
(19) When the user's Zephyr application membership is terminated or the user's rights and interests expire as agreed,including but not limited to points or level rights and coupons,all points,level rights,coupons,etc. accumulated in the user's account will be expired at the same time. Cleared,all points,level benefits,coupons,etc. registered or verified to be redeemable in the user's account will be removed from the user's account. Unless otherwise mandated by laws and regulations to the contrary,users will not be able to obtain refunds or compensation for any points or level benefits,coupons,etc.
(20) If the user's Zephyr application membership is removed from points,suspended,banned,account terminated,etc.,and the user wishes to resume use,Zephyr has the right to require the user to provide specified materials for proof. If the user refuses to provide or Zephyr believes that If the materials are insufficient to prove that the account is in normal use,Zephyr has the right to refuse to restore it.
( 21 ) Based on equity adjustments,market and business development,Zephyr may adjust membership service content,point acquisition rules and other member-related content. The adjustment will take effect from the date of announcement,and you will be informed of the specific standards of the adjusted membership service content in an appropriate manner. If you refuse to accept the adjusted content,you should terminate your use of Zephyr membership services.

However,unless the user chooses to agree when registering or before use,or there is another agreement between the user and Zephyr and its partners regarding the disclosure or use of the user's personal privacy information,the user shall bear any risks that may arise therefrom . Users must bear the risk of false information or fake information. Zephyr and its partner companies do not make any type of guarantee for this service,whether explicit or implicit,including the authenticity,merchantability,and suitability of all relevant information for a certain purpose. All these contents are protected by copyright,trademark rights,and other intellectual property rights. and protection of ownership laws. Therefore,users can only use these contents with the authorization of Zephyr Company and advertisers,and cannot copy,modify,compile these contents without authorization,or create derivative products related to the contents.
8. Under no circumstances shall Zephyr be liable for any indirect,consequential,punitive,incidental,special or punitive damages,including loss of profits suffered by users due to their use of Zephyr application services (even if Zephyr application has been advised of the possibility of such losses). Although this agreement may contain contradictory provisions,Zephyr Company's total liability to you,regardless of the cause or mode of conduct,will never exceed the fees you paid to Zephyr Company for using Zephyr application services during the membership period ( such as have ) .

If any dispute or controversy occurs between the user and Zephyr ,it should first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails,the user hereby fully agrees to submit the dispute or controversy to the jurisdiction of the people's court where Zephyr is domiciled.
4. The copyright of this agreement is owned by Zephyr ,and Zephyr reserves all rights of interpretation and modification.
